the weather hasnt been this gloomy for awhile
the last time i was paranoid about the weather
was when we had to do the waikiki photoshoot
checked the 3day weather forecast everyday
so when the sky turned grey,
i felt a sudden jerk in my heart
then a melting relief
waikiki's over.and a success.

illuminates her fingers clutched
around lifting it to her mouth
she sips the toxic that
excites her senses
erodes her being
she smiles from across the room
knowing not wanting to know
the spell that is knawing her
inside she takes one elegant step
after one elegant step towards him
she takes one sip
after one ecstatic sip close enough
for intoxication
collapses at his feet until her black silk dress
sweeps the floor
